The young scientists are the backbone of tomorrow's modern and progressive scientific world. with this in mind, the five-day 24th National Children's Science Congress was organized at Vidya Pratisthan's Institute of Information Technology at Baramati from 27th to 31st December 2016. NCSC is a flagship program of Department of Science & Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology. The focal theme for the year at NCSC was 'Science, Technology, and Innovation for Sustainable Development: With special emphasis on Accessibility for Persons with Disability. Twenty-five of the 700 projects by 'child scientists' from India and ASEAN and Gulf countries exhibited at the Congress were awarded. The students who had put up these award-winning projects would be provided with training support.
