Environmental Forum of India, NGO rooted their efforts from Baramati in Maharashtra State. Since its inception in 2009, the main objective was to conserve mother nature and serve the community through various ways for the betterment of society.

Development is an ongoing process but it should be assured, persistent and overall. Such a developmental model means "katewadi" village. You can feel the prosperous and pinnacle development at katewadi. Katewadi resembles the efforts of Hon. Sunetra pawar and villagers to make katewadi a green and Clean Village form nothing.

World Entrepreneurship Forum is an annual forum founded by EMLYON Business School in France, KPMG S.A., ACE, Nanyang Technical University in Singapore, and Zhejiang University in China. These sentiments were reflected in the Rural World Entrepreneurship Forum, a two-day seminar that was organized under the aegis of Environmental Forum of India(EFI) and World Entrepreneurs Forum (RWEF), at Baramati.

The young scientists are the backbone of tomorrow's modern and progressive scientific world. with this in mind, the five-day 24th National Children's Science Congress was organized at Vidya Pratisthan's Institute of Information Technology at Baramati from 27th to 31st December 2016.
